General Terms
 

  1. All prices quoted are in US Dollars and on FOB Shanghai, China port or airport basis, unless other terms are specifically requested by the Buyer.

  2. Minimum order:

  • Soft Toys: 20" container. For air-cargo shipments, exceptions can be made.

  • IC Modules: usually 1000pcs. per Item (the number may vary for certain modules) and minimum 2,000USD per Order.

  1. OEM and Customer's design orders are welcome.

  2. "Copyrighted" products order will require an original license or letter of authorization.

  3. For color authentication purposes, a PANTONE ® formula guide should be used.

  4. Customer quality inspections are welcome.

  5. Lead time usually is 45 days, however depending on the order it may vary.

  4. Any additional Document(s) and/or Certificate(s) should be requested before a Sales Contract is signed.
