Samples

Thank you for considering Saneco Corporation as your stuffed toy manufacturer. We will be happy to accept reasonable requests for samples. Please read our terms below BEFORE submitting your Sample Request Form: Soft toys: Samples/Prototypes takes 1 - 5 weeks to produce. Up to three samples (1pc per type) chosen from our online catalog are Free of charge. For requests exceeding these quantities, a charge of 5 times of the respective products’ listed wholesale prices will be applied. For creation/modification of a Prototype, we require submittal of a $350 per prototype deposit - it will be credited in full to your first order when we go into production. We are a manufacturer and as such, we can only work with established businesses. A copy of your business license, equivalent document or certificate should be submitted (by fax or e-mail) together with your sample request. The minimum order quantity for a Custom/Modified item is as follows: - Small size items (below 20cm)         – 4800 pcs. - Medium size items (20cm – 44cm)    – 2400 pcs. - Large size items (45cm -69cm)        – 1500 pcs. - Extra large size items (70cm and up) –  600 pcs. Please download, fill in and send us your Sample Request Form. We reserve the right to refuse projects based upon our capacity and current workload. IC Modules: We can accept projects for Modification, Customization and Custom recorded sound & music. Such projects will require a deposit and commitment to a large annual purchase quantity. We will appreciate if the Buyer specifies the shipping method (e.g. FedEx, UPS, TNT, Air, etc.) and covers the transportation charges. If you have your own original Prototypes, please send them to us to follow. If you have only a Photograph or Drawing, please refer to the Custom Design section for more details.
